This data is used exclusively to provide you with access to the service, communicate important updates, and manage your subscription. 2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. YuzTunnel is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account.

2.4 Subscription Usage and Expiration

Each subscription plan is valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to make use of the service within the active subscription period. YuzTunnel does not provide refunds or extensions for unused time once a subscription has expired.

3. Service Description

YuzTunnel provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services designed to offer secure and private internet access, particularly facilitating access to Iranian platforms for users abroad.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Money-Back Guarantee

At YuzTunnel, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter issues accessing our service, we offer a limited money-back guarantee based on your subscription type:

• Monthly Plan: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided no significant traffic has been used.
• Annual Plan: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, under the same traffic usage condition.

To qualify, the following must apply:

• You have not used the service to download, stream, or consume a significant amount of data.
• The inaccessibility is not due to external technical issues (e.g., the website you’re trying to reach is down, geo-blocked, or undergoing maintenance).

If you meet these conditions, please email [email protected] with your account information and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and issue a refund if it falls within our policy.

Note: Refunds are only available for the first purchase of a subscription. Renewals or repeat purchases are not eligible. Refunds may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Plans: YuzTunnel offers various subscription plans. Details of these plans, including pricing and features, are available on our website.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected duration (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). YuzTunnel does not automatically renew your subscription. At the end of your current plan, you will need to manually purchase a new subscription to continue using the service.
• Refunds: Refer to section 4 for our refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use and Compliance

By using YuzTunnel services, you agree to use the service responsibly and legally. The following terms outline acceptable use, prohibited behavior, and consequences of misuse.

6.1 Lawful and Ethical Use

You may only use YuzTunnel for legal, ethical, and authorized purposes. Users are expected to respect the laws of their jurisdiction and the rights of others at all times while connected through our services.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities while using YuzTunnel is strictly forbidden:

• Unsolicited Content: Sending spam, mass emails, or unsolicited advertising through YuzTunnel is not allowed.
• Infringement of Intellectual Property: Do not use YuzTunnel to access, distribute, or download content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights unless you are legally authorized to do so.
• Illegal or Harmful Content: You may not transmit, distribute, or host content that is illegal, hateful, violent, abusive, defamatory, pornographic (especially involving minors), or otherwise harmful.
• Harassment or Abuse: Do not use our services to stalk, harass, or threaten others.
• Security Violations: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other networks, systems, or devices is prohibited. This includes scanning for vulnerabilities, hacking, and spreading malware.
• Service Interference: Actions that interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the integrity or performance of our network or other users are not permitted.
• Use of IP Addresses: It is prohibited to resell, share, or compile lists of YuzTunnel IP addresses, or use them for commercial or abusive purposes.

6.3 Enforcement and Misuse

YuzTunnel reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these terms. If we believe you have violated these rules, we may take action, including but not limited to:

• Suspension or termination of your account without refund.
• Restriction of service access or network resources.
• Reporting illegal behavior to appropriate law enforcement or government authorities.

7. User Responsibilities and Account Use

When using YuzTunnel, you agree to maintain the security and integrity of your account. The following responsibilities apply to all users of the service:

7.1 Account Use

You are expected to use YuzTunnel in a lawful and responsible manner. Misuse of the service may result in account suspension or termination.

7.2 Confidentiality and Personal Information

You are responsible for keeping your personal access credentials, including email address and any associated verification codes, confidential. Sharing account access with others is not permitted and may result in account suspension or termination.

7.3 Accountability for Network Use

As a user of YuzTunnel, you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your assigned IP address or account. This includes any form of network misuse, unlawful actions, or violations of third-party rights. Engaging in or enabling any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized behavior via our service is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of service, and if necessary, reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to YuzTunnel if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that harm our services or other users. Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Limitation of Liability

YuzTunnel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall YuzTunnel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
